Hello, I am Sarah. I am a Life Coach & the client care coordinator for Manatee Associates of Counseling & Assessment. My role as the client care coordinator is to help manage your care by serving as a first point of contact in your journey of healing. I recognize individuals often initiate therapy during a time of transition in their life. My goal is to help you navigate that transition. Based on your identified needs I can help match you with the appropriate therapist from our team to ensure you attain the outcomes you seek.
As a Life Coach, I specialize in life transitions. I enjoy working with women who are going through various life changes. As someone who has navigated my own fair share of life changes, I have learned that sometimes you just need a little help along the way. Whether it is transitioning from single to married, married to divorced, becoming a parent, or any life change, the reality is it can be challenging. With me as your life coach, I will help you find confidence as you navigate through your current life transition. In our work together you will find greater self-love and balance in order to live your happiest, most fulfilling life. I want to remind you that change leads to growth, and although you may be experiencing growing pains, on the other side of that pain could be your greatest gain.
