The Manatee Associates of Counseling & Assessment team knows that budget can be a major concern for our clients. Rates

For counseling to be effective it does require a commitment of time, effort, and finances. Our fees range based on which clinician you choose to work with, relative to their experience level on our team. In most cases, individual therapy sessions will range from $130 – $200 based on therapist education, training and years of experience.

The fees associated with other assessment and therapy sessions vary, depending on the clinician and type of service, so please contact us to learn more.

Payment

We accept cash, check, and all major credit cards as forms of payment. If your company has health saving or flexible spending accounts as part of your benefit package, you can usually use these funds to pay for sessions or receive reimbursement for therapy and assessment.

Cancellation Policy

We know that emergencies will come up, but we ask that you do your utmost to provide 24 hours notice before cancelling a session. This allows us to offer your appointment time to other clients and keep our schedules filled. Unless you provide adequate notice, you could be billed for the full cost of your missed session.
