For over 10 years, I have provided compassionate psychotherapy to individuals, groups and families working with Relational Problems, Social/Emotional difficulties, Trauma and other Life Stressors. My clients get the insight and guidance needed to move forward and thrive in life. Utilizing a client-centered therapeutic approach, we will work together to examine life’s obstacles and explore realistic solutions. I believe that it is through the trust and guidance of the therapeutic relationship that clients develop self-awareness and self-compassion that lead the way to a more fulfilled, satisfying and peaceful life.
